he Domaine de Mirail in Lectoure, true Armagnac country in the heart of Gascony, has returned today to its original occupation : producing fine wines and spirits.

On this ancient viticultural land (Guilhem de Mirailhs grew vines here from 1491), traditional regional varieties (Colombard, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Syrah and Folle Blanche) have regained their personality.

• Judiciously spread between the stony limestone plateau and the south-facing steep clay-limestone slope, the vines bring their grapes to full maturity with great concentration and small yields.

• Modern winemaking methods reveal powerful varietal aromas and guarantee the quality of the wines and spirits produced at the estate by Charles Hochman & Sons.
