A typical wine which gets its spiciness and elegant tannins from the Duras grape and its red fruit character from the Braucol grape. A complement of Syrah brings roundness to the wine. It can be drunk from its second year for its fruity nature or can be aged for 5 to 6 years on average when the tannins become more supple but the flavours remain powerful. Served at between 16 and 18°C, it goes well with red meats, game and cheese. Can be decanted.

The perfect drink for a sunny day. Made from juices run off from red wine tanks after short maceration. Light, fruity and supple. Served at 10 to 12°C, it can accompany a meal from start to finish.

Perfect marriage of the fine, dry and floral Len de l’El grape with the powerful Mauzac grape. A small percentage of sauvignon brings freshness and youthful aromas. This blend produces a refreshing wine, supple, round with intense and lingering fruit aromas. Served at between 10 and 12°C, it goes well with shellfish, fish, white meats and goat’s cheese.

The Mauzac grape harvested at maturity expresses itself to the full : pear, apple, even honey and gives suppleness and body to this wine.
It’s a pleasant wine, sweet without being oversweet.
It can be drunk young, but on ageing it becomes rounder, more supple and the flavours richer. Served at 8°C, it goes well with foie gras, fruit tarts, but also blue cheeses. Try it as an aperitif.
